On this episode of Selling Houses Australia Dolphin Point, Steve and Serena Blakey were fighting to sell their beach shack on the headland of Dolphin Point. Enlarging the cramped kitchen also took creativity. Shaynna added walls to one of the temporary bedrooms in the middle of the house and put in a proper door giving access to the new bathroom wing. The extra wall space allowed for more kitchen cabinetry and an open layout.

First impressions count, so Charlie replaced the old, cracked driveway and installed a stepping stone pathway to lead buyers straight to the front door. He updated the exterior paint from off-white to a modern coastal grey to boost curb appeal.

In the main courtyard, Charlie removed the old Balinese decor and created a feature outdoor fireplace with timber slats for privacy and natural stone cladding to deliver a premium finish.
